  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with after-sales service inquiries.
  • Provide customers with updates on service progress and estimated completion times.
  • Assist customers in initiating product repairs, warranty claims, product replacement and returns.
  • Address customer complaints regarding after-sales service and find prompt, effective
  • solutions.
  • Oversee the receipt and dispatch of products for repair, ensuring efficient handoffs to logistics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and service area, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Record customer feedback and service issues for future improvements.

Requirements

  • At least SPM certification
  • 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in other related industries are welcome
  • Excellence verbal communication skills
  • Able communicate in English, Mandarin and BM
  • Friendly and engaging personality

Working Location: IPC Mall (PJ)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
