- Greet and assist walk-in customers with after-sales service inquiries.
- Provide customers with updates on service progress and estimated completion times.
- Assist customers in initiating product repairs, warranty claims, product replacement and returns.
- Address customer complaints regarding after-sales service and find prompt, effective
- solutions.
- Oversee the receipt and dispatch of products for repair, ensuring efficient handoffs to logistics.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and service area, ensuring smooth store operations.
- Record customer feedback and service issues for future improvements.
Requirements
- At least SPM certification
- 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in other related industries are welcome
- Excellence verbal communication skills
- Able communicate in English, Mandarin and BM
- Friendly and engaging personality
Working Location: IPC Mall (PJ)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
