Job Responsibilities

  • Handling of Staff Recruitment function with main tasks involving in resume screening & matching, recruitment interview, reference check, job offer, new staff orientation, staff counseling, exit interview, staff retention and etc.
  • Compile and prepare recruitment related reports such as manpower planning report, staff turnover report and etc.
  • Also involve in handling of other HR functions such as payroll processing, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations matters from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year working experience in HR related field.
  • Strong interest in HR especially passionate in handling of staff recruitment and dealing with people.
  • Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate without academic qualification but with some working experience in HR related field such as former HR Assistant or HR Clerk are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR field are also encouraged to apply for Trainee Supervisor post as on-job training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
