  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

LEGAL EXECUTIVE

(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreement and other legal documents.
  • Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues.
  • Working alongside other departments within the Company.
  • Advising on contract status, legal risk and the legal liabilities.
  • Provide legal advice to Management regarding various corporate and business matters.
  • Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the Company.
  • Design and oversee the Company’s policy and position on legal matters.
  • Liaise with external solicitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or other equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience as a conveyancing lawyer / In-House Counsel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
