Help us grow the supply of cars on FLUX by sourcing interesting and attractively priced cars for our subscription service. We’re looking for entrepreneurial, hands-on individuals to join our teams in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Penang!

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads and manage prospective B2B clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Community Engagement: Engage with the community to uncover new opportunities and grow the business.

Account Management: Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Be the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues that arise.

Strategic Activation: Conduct on-ground and online initiatives to atrract new B2B clients.

You will manage your sales pipeline effectively, prioritizing leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Strategic activation campaigns, both on-ground and online, attract and onboard new B2B clients. Additionally, source vehicles for clients with specific requirements not available on the FLUX platform, ensuring their needs are met through our comprehensive services.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience
  • Previous experience in ecommerce, qcommerce, or B2B sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
