Responsibilities
- You will deliver end to end hiring for our Engineering and/or Sales teams. This is a hands-on, fast paced but strategic recruiting role.
- You will partner with managers and leaders to drive impact across the full spectrum of recruiting, consulting on diverse hiring, screening in, talent availability, insights and opportunities to differentiate Microsoft in the external market.
- You’ll also present businesses with broad talent market and channel insights to drive hiring plans, strategic recruiting insights and recommendations.
- Taking ownership of the entire candidate experience, you’ll leverage compelling messaging to differentiate Microsoft’s unique career possibilities. You’ll also create innovative sourcing strategies, including ways to generate differentiated talent.
- You will manage the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while identifying best practices for both.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (full cycle recruiting, sourcing, closing, etc.) or HR experience related to the role.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (full cycle recruiting, sourcing, closing, etc.) or HR experience related to the role.
- Sales and/or Engineering recruitment experience.
- Fluent proficiency in English plus Mandarin and/or Malay languages, as the role will be supporting ASEAN region where these languages will be needed.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- A data-driven approach to recruiting, using insights to drive impactful storytelling.
- Inclusive approach, sound judgement, critical thinking skills and the ability to take others on the journey with you. Most importantly, you’ll demonstrate a growth mindset, with a genuine hunger to learn.
