Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Possesses the same working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words or related software.
  • Professional, well organized, reliable and meticulous.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilites:

  • Support HR in organizing training and development programmes;
  • Assist with employee relations, including recruitment process, addressing inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accomodations, and transportation;
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports and reimbursements;
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment and coordinate maintenance or upgrades;
  • To ensure all documentation and records are captures and keyed in promptly and that an effective filing system is maintained;
  • Prepare, edit, format documents, reports and presentations;
  • Assist in the preparation of yearly budget and monthly rolling forecast;
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute them promptly;
  • Systematically file and retrieve documents, records and reports;
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel and department;
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Any other task as assigned by the supervisors from time to time.
