Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Possesses the same working experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words or related software.
- Professional, well organized, reliable and meticulous.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilites:
- Support HR in organizing training and development programmes;
- Assist with employee relations, including recruitment process, addressing inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives;
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accomodations, and transportation;
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports and reimbursements;
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment and coordinate maintenance or upgrades;
- To ensure all documentation and records are captures and keyed in promptly and that an effective filing system is maintained;
- Prepare, edit, format documents, reports and presentations;
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budget and monthly rolling forecast;
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute them promptly;
- Systematically file and retrieve documents, records and reports;
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments;
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel and department;
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality;
- Any other task as assigned by the supervisors from time to time.
