Objective of this role
- Translate design concepts into conceptual drawings
- Translate design concept into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.
General Responsibilities
- Work with the Design team to develop spatial solutions that align with client requirements and project goals.
- Assist in space planning and layout design to optimise functionality and aesthetics.
- Work with the Design team to understand and incorporate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Develop detailed and precise interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Work with the Design team to select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures based on technical considerations and design intent.
- Create visual representations of interior spaces and design concepts using 3D modelling software and ensure that 3D models accurately reflect design intent.
Prerequisites
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of working experience in Interior Design and related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Brisk CAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup (Enscape) and other relevant drafting software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
