- Ensuring all Export Control compliances are in place & measured, aligned with Keysight policy & procedure
- To support Malaysia and Asia Pacific Export Control order hold release process including Restricted Party List (RPL) hold approval and license hold approval in align with specific country export control regulation.
- To Support export control related regulation and queries by Malaysia or Asia customer service/sales team for order flagged up for Malaysia & US Individual Validated License (IVL), applying for Malaysia & US export license by working with customer service/sales team to obtain the required paperwork (End User Statement - EUS & other documents) from end user prior submitting to Malaysia & US government authority for license approval
- Focal contact to local Government or authority on export control related matters front facing in representing Keysight Malaysia.
- Accountable for Internal Control Program in ensuring all export control across the supply chain are complied and adhered to.
- Extend support to business on RPL screenings and system holds, customer screening and export control team for order hold release after ensuring mandated authorizations
- Provide Export control regulations training to Internal functions and channel partners
- Provide guidance & assistance on import and export operations and in solving import and export regulatory problems relating to HTS classification and other related issues.
- Conduct on-site Export Control compliance reviews of the business and implement compliance process improvements or new process establishments.
- Provide regular reporting of country Export Control compliance metrics. Assist in setting up regular self-audit programs.
- Setting up periodical self-audit programs for Export Control to ensure order hold are correctly released in align with the guidance provided by compliance team
- To ensure 100% compliance check prior order/shipment process to uphold Keysight as High Integrity value add to customer
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in any Trade or Logistics or University Degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Export Control / Trade compliance / Logistics-related operations preferred.
- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
- Knowledge on Export Control and trade policies and compliance requirements would be an added advantage
- Hands on experience in MS Applications, Smartsheet, Power BI, Oracle, GTM / OTM
- Skills needed to complete the process of license application
- Able to work independently
- Able to work on tight deadline and any last-minute updates
- Able to deal with multiples project with high work loads
- Able to accept the amount of stress and pressure
- Very good time management and planning
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is an advantage
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
- Results-oriented
