- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective handling of customer complaints and feedback programs.
- Issue Resolution: Identify the root causes of customer issues related to ERP systems and propose long-term solutions to enhance service quality.
- Communication: Maintain strong and clear communication channels with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement customer care policies and standards, monitor customer feedback, and recommend improvements to services.
- Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Complaint Management: Ensure all customer complaints are resolved promptly without escalation and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4 years of management experience in customer relations in IT software applications [namely ERP].
- Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
