1. A recognized Degree / Master Degree / professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline

2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps (mandatory)

3. Programming: Knowledge of Python, C#, or Java is a plus (preferably in the banking industry).

3. Expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Microsoft Power BI and programming languages.

4. In-depth understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirement, and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).

5. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead end-to-end automation projects

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and effective communication skills.

7. Good experience in producing C-suite quality level reporting and presentations.

8. Industry Background: Preferably experience in banking or insurance sectors, but open to other industries with strong automation project experience. Actual work experience in Power Platform development works for Financial Institutions. This role is strictly for hands-on developers with direct experience using Power Automate and Power Apps

9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
