About the Role

The incumbent is expected to develop training materials, curate learning strategies in order to deliver high quality sales force for Partnership Distribution products. The job holder will work closely with product partners and sales head to ensure participants are fully equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales trend.

Training Program Design & Delivery

  • Assist in designing and delivering training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job sales training to meet PD business needs.
  • Leverage on digital platforms and tools to improve training efficiency and effectiveness, this include LMS and handling virtual classroom.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze training outcomes through training evaluations, stakeholder feedback and other feedback mechanism to measure efficiency and recommend improvement.

Content Creation

  • Develop and update training materials that align with current business objectives, compliant manner, incorporating multimedia and interactive elements.

Onboarding & Development

  • Lead the seller onboarding training, ensure our sellers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, right attitude and habit required to excel in their sales role.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales team, compliance team, sales support team to identify training needs, align training strategies and initiatives that drive business goals.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, and report on training activities and results to senior management.

Leadership and Teamwork

  • Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to lead junior trainers while working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Forward-thinking personality, can challenge the status-quo, take charge and drive change.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Tertiary Education from a reputable University.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Bancassurance Sales/ Training/ Coaching role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in course development software and learning management systems, visual design skills, and the ability to write effective instructional content.
  • Good in instructional design and technology is a plus.
  • Data driven approach and able to evaluate training efficiency and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Problem solving abilities and adaptability to work in fast-paced environment.
