Position Summary:

Reporting to the AVP KL Agencies Support & Receipting Management. Responsible to assist the receipting team in handling and managing all aspects of Finance - Receipting matters. Handling & managing all finance operational matters including receipting, CBC compliance, issuance of receipts etc.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure all receipts and payments are issued correctly and timely basis based on TAT.
  • To issue Official Receipts for Head Office Business Unit with accuracy and timeliness both front end and back end system
  • Ensuring the TAT as per the service standard agreed, compliance with CBC for motor insurance cash receipts.
  • To provide day end settlement report for transaction via cc
  • To perform filing on daily basis to store the office copy of official receipt.
  • To support team mate and back up in their absent.
  • Attend walk in agents/partners during duty at the counter.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
