Admin Executive
• Supervise and direct the work of office staff, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Prepare tender documents and ensure timely submission before the deadline.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and documents required for tender preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other necessary materials.
• Monitor office supply stock and equipment inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
• Conduct research and gather data needed for various projects and initiatives.
• Act as an intermediary between the office and external parties, such as suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Perform all activities related to the Company’s administrative matters.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
