Job Description

  • This role will report to the Head of Customer Experience.
  • This is a frontline, customer-facing position, revolving around the activities and interactions leading to product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand product features and functionalities of all Blueshark electric motor vehicles, price, packages and BlueSwap plans to be able to provide customers with detailed information towards closing a sale.
  • Assist and work with representatives from banks and government authorities to obtain relevant applications or paperwork approval for a successful sale.
  • Contact potential leads from online enquiries and events with constant follow-through to result in a sale.
  • Support all internal and external events with other team members.
  • Encourage and assist customers for test-rides and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Close collaboration with the After Sales team to assist customers in service and maintenance scheduling, vehicle fault and repair requests, and timely management of related paperwork including the filing of insurance claims.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team, with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills; possesses a high level of interpersonal skills with a talent to influence people.
  • Collectively ensure that showroom, product care and upkeep are maintained in their best condition at all times.
  • Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere.
  • Utilize strategic selling techniques to identify customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that resonate with potential buyers.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Foster relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions, aiming to convert inquiries into sales and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • A proven track record in motor vehicle sales and willingness to travel is an added advantage.
  • Professional appearance, friendly and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to work on shifts, including public holidays and weekends, according to showroom operation hours, Company’s standards, policies, procedures and legal requirements.
  • Willing to travel and facilitate/support events and roadshows as assigned.
  • A keen interest in sustainable/green mobility, renewable energy, and the environment is a plus, as is a motorcycle license (not mandatory).
  • Undertakes any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
