Role and Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire product flow and continually identify areas for enhancement and workflow improvements.
- Conduct detailed product and data analysis using transaction data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including business, technical, and customer support teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to improve transaction success rates, performance, SLAs, and overall customer experience.
- Manage enhancement and change requests by working closely with the technical and business analysis teams.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of how a transaction flow works to ensure successful integration.
- Ability to conduct product training for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of product specialists, including mentoring, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's alignment with product goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or related roles.
- 2–5 years of experience in the digital/tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team and across the organization with minimal supervision, independently driving results toward agreed goals.
- Understanding of the development, testing, and deployment life cycle.
- Experience in Financial Services (Remittance) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and log tracking is an advantage.
