Job Description

  • Manage the company's reimbursement and business travel operations, including flight and hotel bookings, transportation, etc. Based on business strategies, formulate operational objectives and plans, and drive their implementation.
  • Participate in or lead the development of the company's travel policies, ensuring all travel activities comply with these guidelines, and conduct policy training and communication to employees.
  • Utilize data mining, user surveys, and other methods to monitor operational performance, consolidate customer feedback and propose improvements for the reimbursement and travel products, to guarantee employee safety and satisfaction.
  • Regularly produce reimbursement operation reports, which include analyzing travel data, identifying opportunities for cost savings such as negotiating discounted hotel rates, airline agreements, etc., to minimize corporate travel expenses. Provide decision-making support to management and continuously refine travel management processes.
  • Oversee project-based work related to travel and expense management, such as new supplier integration projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with preference given to those who have experience in large enterprise travel operation management;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills, coupled with a strong service mindset;
  • Strong capabilities in data handling, analysis, and logical thinking;
  • Excellence in English is preferred.
