Client Management:

  • Understand job orders and client's preferences well.
  • Ensure consistency in inflow of Job Orders from clients and achieve the target Fulfilment rate.
  • Ensure a fast response time on interview arrangements and feedback from clients after each interview.
  • Provide reliable service level promises in speed & quality to gain client's trust.
  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding accounts receivable if any.

Sourcing:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and referrals to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings to ensure fit with client requirements.
  • Regularly update and maintain the candidate database.
  • Follow up closely with candidates to ensure a smooth journey until onboarding.
  • Work closely with the HR and Payroll team to ensure contractors are well taken care of.

Requirements

  • Min Degree education qualifications.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on negotiation.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently with good time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.
