  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Essential Job Functions

-Key contact person to liaise with factory

-Monitor and follow up with factories and suppliers on the orders and ensure timely delivery.

-Handle PO, GRN, Invoice and DO for materials and finished goods purchase.

-Ensure stock inventory records are kept up to date.

-To manage all operational tasks including full understanding of scope and knowledge involved

-To perform any order management, warehousing or transportation duties assigned including ad-hoc and special projects.

-To undertake any special assignment by the management.

Skills/ Knowledge/ Additional Remarks

Candidate must possess at least Higher Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

No work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Any experience in Purchasing roles/relevant field will be a great bonus.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, inventory, purchasing, purchase, operation, logistic
