• Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations
• Pursuit of quality goals and implementation and monitoring of improvement measures
• Support on complaints (internal and external) and monitor the committed corrective actions
• Verification for quality - documents and their maintenance
• Support of certification and customer audits
• Conduction of product and process audits (internally)
• Support in the management of process documents (PMS)
• Management co-worker training and qualification
• Support various quality-related issues
• Detection of quality and process improvements as well as their implementation
• Define quality goals for production area in consultation with the quality manager
• Main responsibility for quality assurance of Vulcanize process
• Perform and lead the Layer Process Audit (LPA)
• Reports to the quality manager of VAT-Malaysia
  
  

• Authorities
• Approve the quality alert in the absence of the quality manager
  
  

• Key Competencies and Skills
• Work experience in Process Engineering and quality assurance
• Education in Chemical Engineering or Quality Engineering
• Computer knowledge (MS Office user)
• Organized, self-dependent and customer-oriented work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to drive processes / improvements / actions
• Knowledge of FMEA / 8D
  
  

• Special Skills (such as special certifications)
• Experience in rubber industry is advantage
• Some experience with machining or machined components
• Internal Auditor for ISO 9001
