  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • To plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch.
  • Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
  • To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all times.
  • To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
  • To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company
  • To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Experience in Customer Service/ Credit Card Sales/ Banking or financial industry background will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervisory role.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in conversing in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
