They should have proven experience managing and growing communities on Twitter and Discord, creating traceable campaigns, and reporting on their success. Experience in managing remote moderators and community teams, as well as a strong understanding of gaming culture, Web3, NFTs, and blockchain technologies, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to craft compelling messages and utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies. The candidate should also possess strong leadership abilities, a creative mindset for developing engaging content, and fluency in English, with Mandarin proficiency as a plus.
