Reporting to the Lead of International Growth (ASEAN Markets), he or she will provide support to deliver, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business opportunities to increase engagements and sales in the International Community, through possible channels, either B2C to relevant customers via online/offline channels, or B2B via Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), Registered Learning Organisations (RLOs), Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs), training institutions, and other relevant organizations under strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through cold calling, emailing, networking, and event co-organization to promote the ISCA brand and products.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Increase pool of Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), manage accreditation and re-accreditation of employers under the programme to ensure suitable training environments for candidates.
  • Conduct presentations to different levels (from fresh graduates to management staff)
  • Identify credible tuition partners, set them up as Approved Learning Centres (ALCs) or Registered Learning Organisations (RLOs), monitor and develop their offering
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with top local educational institutions to perform exemption assessments for the Singapore Chartered Accountants Qualification (SCAQ) Foundation Programme
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive candidate growth strategy to attract a larger number of candidates
  • Execute candidate engagement plans and events and support candidate communications.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with the local government agencies, other professional bodies and relevant organisations to enhance the programme's credibility and reach both locally and overseas. Eg. Professional Accountancy bodies, MNCs with large (>30) Finance teams, Big four accounting firms, Small & Medium Practices (SMPs), Universities, relevant Associations/Societies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates to management
  • Monitor relevant metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a business or marketing related field; Chartered Accountancy qualification is desired but not required.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience in guerrilla marketing or direct selling via B2B and B2C Channels will also be considered
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, Sales and/or Marketing. Education and/or training Sales/Marketing experience will be advantageous, either in the B2B or B2C context.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficient in the English language and proficient in the native language (occasional translation may be required for the launch of advertisements.)
  • Strong account management and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with overseas partners at all levels.
