Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage and update customer information in system
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and achieve company objectives
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain organized and accurate records, both physical and digital
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
- Experience in inside sales or administrative roles will be an advantage
- FRESH Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley
