- Respond to customer inquiries about bank loan eligibility promptly and professionally
- Evaluate and analyze customer financial information to determine housing loan eligibility
- Clearly explain the housing loan application process, required documents, timelines, and expectations
- Stay updated on housing loan products to provide accurate information
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all interactions
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest strategies to improve customer service
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in Customer Service or banking
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in English
- Female candidates will be an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
