  • Clearly explain the housing loan application process, required documents, timelines, and expectations
  • Stay updated on housing loan products to provide accurate information
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all interactions
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest strategies to improve customer service
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in Customer Service or banking

  • Able to communicate in English
