As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and driving initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and retention.   • Must be willing to work at Kajang, Sg Chua
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven working experience as HR manager at least 2 years.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
