IT Assistant Manager

Mobility is the goal

  • Lead a team of IT Engineers to support end-user and Desktop IT Services
  • Ensure all user ticket ITSM and problem resolve within timeline
  • Maintain and enforce Corporate Standards on email System, IT System & Servers, Storage and Network Infrastructures
  • Vendor Management on IT Procurement and project implementation
  • Manage User Account and Corporate IT Asset
  • Manage User and Filed Engineers’ Mobile computing devices
  • Project planning and implementation of continuous improvement actions
  • Support on-going employee safety initiative and implementation
  • Assist the Finance Team to Manage and Control the IT Spending


Mobility needs you

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Keen interest in IT Service Excellency and improve user/customer experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Project and Team Management skills
  • Able to work in dynamic environment
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Desktop support, Mobile Technologies, and Regional Environment
  • University graduate, with strong Information Technology background
  • Fluent in English and Asian Languages
