Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work with team members (both design team and other teams) to create cohesive and effective visual content.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients to meet project objectives.
• Trends Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
