A leading local generator solutions provider is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager, Generators to join their growing organization. This company has established itself as a key player in the power generation sector, specializing in diesel and gas generators. The role reports directly to the senior leadership team, with the potential to head the generator sales division within two years, contingent on performance.

The Role

This role's key responsibility is to actively participate in sales activities and to lead and develop new sales and rental power generation business unit. Candidate's are expected to have the expertise to develop and manage customer accounts to meet business unit’s sales targets. Overall, candidate has to ensure successful sales deals and project wins.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development focused on diesel generators. Candidates should have a strong understanding of diesel generators, plus a track record of affecting change and delivering tangible business results. Additionally, strong network within the industry and extensive contractor network would be a key advantage to this role.
