  • Oversee the financial, Human Resources and Administrative operations.
  • Manage all accounting report function, consisting of annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, payroll, budgets, and audit etc.
  • Take the lead in daily operations and be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounting, Human Resources and admin matters.
  • Prepare financial forecasts with comparison against actuals for use by Management.
  • Process the payments and reconcile the accounts, oversee the monthly payments and regularly check and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Explore the ways to streamline the organization’s activities through computerization.
  • Take the lead in the HR functions including staff hiring process, maintaining the company policies, processing monthly payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters, work pass applications and administration tasks.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
  • At least 5 –10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead peers.
  • Self-starting, able to work independently and also work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A hands-on person, meticulous and computer-savvy (efficient in MS Office especially Excel).
  • Able to work and thrive, in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills
