As a ServiceNow Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to meet the organization's business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, UI policies, notifications, and integrations with other systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with ServiceNow vendors and partners as needed for product support, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
