Role and responsibilities:
-To update and maintains license, tenancy agreement, insurance and related matter
-To liaise with solicitors, local council and store managers for all documentation related matter -Communicate with finance department for billing issue, payment or other related inquiries
-Negotiate rental and tenancy terms for the company
-Attend store opening activities, mall related corporate events, activities and appointments.
-Build mature relationships with landlords, developers, landowners, investors, bankers, and
negotiate equally as a key representative of company
-Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure store opening as per schedule
-Ensure all the internal and external SOP and policies are observed
-Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Degree in retail/property management, real estate, or business equivalent field
-At least 3 year of working experience within the retail management space. Key exposure should include retail leasing, strategic expansion, store development (scrap and build, renovation, etc.)
-A wide range of networks with developers, landlords, retail property owners
-Must be computer liberated with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Systematic, strong organized and independent
-Good understanding of laws, rules and regulation related to retail fashion industry
-Ability to travel within the country and overseas if required
-Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
