Financial Services Consultant (Nationwide)

Job Description:

• Promote a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products to the bank’s existing and potential customers.
• Provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent after-sales service.
• Plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
• Act promptly on all leads and follow up on activities.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch targets.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM with 5 passes, including Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a branch environment.
• Result-oriented, passionate about sales and marketing, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels.
• Candidates with full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates from any discipline are strongly encouraged to apply, as intensive training will be provided.
