Visual Design and Execution:

  • Conceptualized, designed, and executed visuals for the company's marketing efforts across digital and print media.
  • Create attractive social media graphics, digital campaign creative, email banners, gifs, videos, posters, infographics, etc., following the marketing calendar.
  • Retouch, correct, and color-grade videos and graphic media.
  • Assemble raw footage, digitally cut files, and create the final cut of videos in line with the script provided by copywriters.
  • Select, edit, and incorporate third-party content as required.
  • Design and produce a variety of marketing materials consistent with the brand identity.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos as needed.

    Social Media Management and Content Creation:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies, including audience targeting and content themes.
    • Create engaging content for various social media platforms (text, images, videos, etc.) and maintain a consistent content strategy.
    • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including strategizing content, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
    • Set up and optimize company pages on social platforms and build meaningful connections with the audience.
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
    • Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and target audience identification.
    • Monitor social media and marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Analyze and report on social media performance monthly to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement.
    • Interact with followers, monitor trends, and promptly respond to inquiries or comments.
    • Develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts tailored explicitly for social media platforms.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to optimize the company's online presence.
    • Conduct constant monitoring and in-depth analyses to continuously enhance the effectiveness of social media content and increase the number of followers and engagement rate.

  • Possess Diploma & Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Illustration, Video Editing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar field.
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Command of Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is essential.
  • Experience in Visual Design and Video Editing: Prior experience in roles such as Visual Designer & Video Editor or similar positions is required.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Any experience with digital marketing channels, mainly using Social Media, would be advantageous.
  • Additional skills such as video shooting using a camera, knowledge of using microphones, backdrops, audio editing, green screens, and video editing are desirable.
