- To be a part of a team of service desk agent which acts as the single point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request.
- Handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request
- IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work
- Can read, type and speak English and Mandarin
- Minimum Diploma (fresh grad) or SPM with 3 years relevant working experience.
- Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field
