Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This dual-role position involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes as well as supporting various HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR functions. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing talent acquisition responsibilities with day-to-day HR operations to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles and future workforce needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment effectiveness and progress.

HR Operations (HR Ops):

  • Assist in HR operations functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Manage and maintain employee records (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and claims.
  • Support performance management processes, including organizing appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing inquiries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and resolving minor employee issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training, and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
