Job Description:

Review and vet all Letters of Offer, Security Documentation and ensure compliance and consistency to MDV’s requirements and protocols.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain details in order to draft letters and documents in relation to loan matters for manager’s review and approval.
Support in providing general legal advisory services to MDV on loan related matters together with manager to protect MDV’s interest.
Monitor services and support of external solicitors and track progress of their services in an efficient and timely manner.
Review Panel Solicitors on an annual basis.
Collaborate and support another department/division in providing general legal advisory services to protect MDV’s interest
Conduct timely review on all legal documentations prior to storage to ensure that documents stored are updated and recent.
Maintain records of correspondence and filing of various correspondences and legal documents in a systematic approach.

Requirement:

At least a Bachelor's Degree holder in Law or equivalent.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in corporate advisory, preferably with a merchant bank, financial institution, a public-listed company or a government-linked company.
Had been called to the bar is an added advantage.
Relevant experience in company secretarial function is an added advantage.
