Job scopes:

  • To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard, or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
  • Oversee the set-up and migration of the current payroll system to the HRIS system
  • Compile and upload all documents/updates for monthly payroll processing
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory payments
  • Liaise with government agencies concerning payroll matters
  • Generates all HR payroll reports and other related HR reports
  • Manage time attendance system, leave and claim modules in the payroll system
  • Prepare all HR letters
  • Arrange office exit interview
  • Assist in annual audits
  • Involve in Employees' Disciplinary related matters
  • Involve in hiring matters and onboarding arrangements for new hires
  • Provide support for HR-related activities including but not limited to orientation, company events
  • To perform ad hoc duties and other general administrative tasks assigned by the superior

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Computer literate – Microsoft skills in Excel and Words
  • High responsibility and committed to work and able to meet the payroll deadline
  • Ability to work independently and to multi-task
  • Possess a positive attitude and resourceful
  • Good command of language in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage

Education and Experience:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies/Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
