  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Here at MCG Talent, we are on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager / Managing Director for a global agency client based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Our client has over 5,000 staff globally and is recognised as being of the best content, media, production and integrated campaign businesses around – they are a name that you will want on your CV.

As a result of considerable growth globally (around 30% over the past 4 years) they are on the hunt to further establish their presence in Asia by appointing a new General Manager / Managing Director in their Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, office.

Currently the agency sits at around 80 + staff and is growing.

We’re looking for a General Manager / Managing Director who is both excellent at staff management, timekeeping, operational support and driving internal excellence as well as a General Manager / Managing Director who is strategically aware, business savvy and comfortable at pitching and converting new clients to ensure that growth continues for this office.

The role will be based 100% in Kuala Lumpur, so experience in Malaysia is essential. This role will ideally suit a Malaysian National, or someone who has a long-standing career within the creative agency industry based in Malaysia.

We're looking for a General Manager / Managing Director who has come from a globally recognised agency network and who has extensive experience of working within the campaign, production, marketing, digital and content space.

This role would suit someone who has around 15+ years of experience and who is excited about leading a world class agency, steering them from existing success to continued growth in 2025.
