Role Purpose
We are hiring for the role of IT, Network, Technical Support Engineer. The IT, Network, Technical Support Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and secure management of the organization's IT infrastructure, including assets, endpoints, network, and user access. This role also involves managing on-premise servers and responding to technical and product service requests, including application support. Additionally, the engineer will provide occasional assistance to fraud operations as needed.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
As a IT, Network, Technical Support Engineer, you will:
IT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance, maintaining inventory, and improving operational efficiency through asset tracking systems.
IT Network Management: Maintain and secure network infrastructure, optimize performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure continuous network operations.
IT Endpoint Management: Administer and support endpoint devices, enforce security policies, deploy updates and antivirus protection, and provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
User Access Management: Manage user access control, conduct regular audits, and implement SSO and MFA across applications, ensuring security and compliance.
On-Prem Server Management: Ensure high availability, performance, and security of on-premise servers, manage applications, implement disaster recovery, and coordinate server upgrades.
Technical & Application Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and maintain company-specific applications for smooth operations.
Fraud Risk Support (Ad-Hoc): Assist fraud teams in investigations, monitor security protocols, and prevent fraudulent activities within IT systems.
What matters in the role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls,
and endpoint security.
Proficiency in managing Jumpcloud, Google Workspace, Cisco Meraki, FortiClient,
TrendMicro or similar services.
Hands-on experience with on-prem server administration and backup solutions.
Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both
technical and non-technical users.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, IT Support Google Certificate, or Apple Certified Mac
Technician (ACMT) are a plus. (something domain setting knowledge, CCNA)
