Job Description
Being a gym Instructor would mean you’re the custodian of the Allstar (AirAsia employees) persona and internal branding. You’ll be helping others achieve their health goals by implementing fitness programs, conducting health assessments, and offering motivation and support to our employees on their fitness journeys. Think of it this way, if there’s a House of Allstars, you’re the assistant Mother. Creating fun is your job, and your job will definitely be fun.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Provide fitness training according to the level of fitness, goals, and abilities
Track and monitor the physical progress and fitness level
Lead one-on-one and small-group fitness sessions
Experience creating a program for the members such as boot camp, personal training, group training
Demonstrate fitness techniques and train the members to use gym equipment properly
Advise the members on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed
Gives fitness talk and newsletter page update
WHO YOU ARE:
Degree in Sports Science or a Certified Personal Trainer qualification
5 years experience as Fitness Trainer or similar role
Personal trainer with rehabilitation training possess
Able to travel and can do house-visit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to instruct and motivate people
In-depth knowledge of gym equipment, machines, and fitness techniques
