Job Responsibilities:

  • Established contact with existing & potential clients to close sales contract and always deliver excellent customer service.
  • To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentation to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments.
  • Manage overall pre-order planning, datelines and execution and final product inspection and work in progress whenever necessary.
  • Assisting in planning and executing the premium gift marketing & fulfillment campaigns throughout the whole group
  • Maintain and manage existing client accounts and increase clients marketing spending, Involvement including end to end process from planning to execution.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various methods
  • Understand the wider context of communication in the business particularly against business goals and strategy.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and customizing the event based on client requirements.
  • Create a positive, fun, and engaging environment with the customers during the events and roadshows.
  • Support & assist project team on operation & management.
  • Coordinate operations and complete other tasks assigned by leader to secure efficiency.
  • Operation arrangements such as campaign activation scheduling, premium gift sales & purchase, gift stocks management & communication between clients and management.
  • Develop and implement ideas and creativity.
  • Prepare quotations for clients by SQL system.
  • Liaise and negotiation with suppliers to get quotes and follow up.
  • Ability to service multinational companies.

Other Administrative Task:

i) You will be preparing daily payments to suppliers and preparing customer ageing reports.

ii) You will communicate with the warehouse team and assist in manpower arrangements including project scheduling.

iii) You will be maintaining & renew licencing such as business licence, insurance, manpower permit, lorry inspection and others.

iv) You are responsible for daily office arrangements and management supplies.
