- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments or meetings.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics.
- Process and manage order logistics, including inventory levels, packaging, shipping, and fulfillment.
- Assist with post-sales activities, including customer onboarding, support requests, feedback collection, and remote technical support.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to streamline sales support tasks and enhance customer service effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices across all operational tasks.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc request relating to company matters as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
