Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients. In this role, you will identify client needs, exceed expectations, and lead a team of sales executives to achieve and surpass sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about client management and is motivated to contribute to both their own professional growth and the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive organic growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, addressing client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Research industry trends and client expectations to keep up with market demands and innovation.
  • Source new potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business.
  • Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics and present actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on client satisfaction, service performance, and overall progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the training industry.
  • Proven experience in client management, sales, and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain networks, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
