Building Surveyor

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Registered with Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)
• At least 2 years’ experience as Building Surveyor in Property Industry
• Strong knowledge of high rise building systems
• Experience in high rise building audits
• Expertise in understanding and verifying architectural and M&E drawings
• Knowledge in AutoCAD an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough building audit during takeover of site
• Review as-built drawing and identify any discrepancy
• Recommend solutions to issues identified
• Responsible to develop tracker to monitor status of defects identified
• Lodge defects to developer / authority and liaise with project team on rectification
• Prioritization of issues according to level of urgency
• Liaise with finance manager & procurement manager to prepare plan and develop specification for the rectification of defects
• Responsible for defect KPI’s
• Communication to stakeholders on status of defects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
