Supply Chain Department:

  • Understand the Material planning Process within the supply chain management.
  • Learning the Supply chain management concept and process. Manage the demand, supply and production build plan.
  • Gain experience in managing the delivery fulfillment and material planning.
  • Material planning & performance indicators.
  • Learn the ERP system (SAP application) & concept.
  • SCM Management tools.
  • Communication skills
  • Support the SCM operation

Customer Program Department:

  • Interacts directly with peer groups. Builds strong internal and external relationships that require exchanging of information and providing explanations in a problem solving capacity.
  • Risk management, communication, problem solving skills and ability to work within a tight timeline are essential.
  • Consistencies on NPI progress follow up.
  • Regular meetings with cross functional team on task coordination.
  • Coordinate and host regular meetings with internal to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.
  • Works as a member of teams responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure that NPI deliveries are on time and that project transition are on schedule.
  • Receives and resolves customer issues and complaints.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain and / or Engineering discipline.
