We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates our brand and product offerings, particularly highlighting our solutions in office automation and healthcare mobility. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and engaging our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute branding strategies that enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Design and update packaging, product labels, and other materials that reflect the brand identity.

Digital Content Creation:

  • Produce engaging visual content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Create short-form video content and animations to showcase our products and company culture.

Website Design Support:

  • Assist in designing website layouts, graphics, and user interface elements to enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with web developers to implement design changes and updates.
  • Marketing Collateral:
  • Design marketing materials for events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare visual content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align design work with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
  • Stay Current with Design Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and competitive.
  • Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions as required.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX/UI) best practices.

Creative Skills:

  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to create designs that are consistent with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
