  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients, including individuals and businesses, to discuss their solar power needs. Focus more on commercial and industrial clients.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations and demonstrations that explain the features and benefits of solar power and the company’s services to potential clients.
  • Work with customers to select the appropriate equipment and prepare the design of solar installation systems based on the client’s needs and site conditions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar project deals.
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and close sales.
  • Coordinate with installation teams and other involved parties to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest solar industry knowledge, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
  • Provide technical support to customers and handle any issues or concerns.
  • Work together with the solar director on annual sales plans/goals.
  • Work together with sales executives to close sales.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Possessed at least Degree qualification.
  • Keen interest in developing a career in the Solar PV industry.
  • Proactive, independent, and willing-to-learn attitude.
  • ⁠Good organizational skill and verbal communication skills.
  • Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
