PURPOSE OF POSITION:

· Implement the sales strategy in line with business objectives of the company.

· To maximize profitable sales growth with existing and new clients

· To lead and manage CRM, CS and Operations team to accomplish business target in Southern Region and as required.

· Proactively manage daily activities of the operations and sales.

· Administer and monitor the demand on operational requirement.

· Support team on data management and administration

· Promote new products to market.

· Solving and Handling Customers issues.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

· Support and engage with customer activities such as stock take and in-house project regularly or ad-hoc basis.

· Introduce and train customer how to the use our Online system.

· Attend to Customer’s special request on Standing Order.

· Educate customer on Pallet Care Management.

· Guide customers on Pallet Flow & Pooling Processes

· Co-ordinate on Pallet Relocation, interstate and Cross Border

· Monitoring Delivery Note and transactions posting in the system.

· Ensure day to day customer transactions are processed accurately & timely manner.

· To work closely with internal & external team to ensure smooth operations at Johor depot.

· Lead daily operations at external warehouse such as managing the exchange transaction, forklift services and diesel top up, etc.

· Manage and co-ordinate on operational demand such as pallet movement, daily transactions, trucking, and stock take activities at own and 3rd party warehouse.

· Participate and support departments when required on customer related matters such as customer enquiry and operational matters.

· Responsible on month end closing and provides necessary reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis as required.

· Co-ordinate for office administrative compliance.

· To monitor physical pallet and book stock at depot as well as 3rd party warehouse.

· Promote existing and new products and develop new business prospect in South Malaysia, to follow up on Sales leads and referrals in the markets.

· Solving and handling on customer’s issues and simultaneously being responsible to maintain and manage customers’ expectations & satisfaction.

· Customize relationships with new, existing, and potential customers and maintain daily customer service-related matters.

· To support finance team on DSO target

· Responsible for depot material inventories, labour, equipment, depot facilities, shipping, and transportation management, comply with company policies and procedures (Safety Processes / Procedures, SOP, 5S. etc)
