Job Description:

  • Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring dishes meet quality standards with
  • regular inspections.
  • Optimize kitchen workflows to ensure efficient service that meets customer demands.
  • Manage food preparation to ensure ingredients are prepared in accordance with standards.
  • Train kitchen staff to ensure they are familiar with operational processes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality and proper storage of ingredients while maintaining food safety standards
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene by ensuring staff adhere to cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing plans to ensure timely supply of ingredients.
  • Monitor ingredient usage, control costs, and optimize budget allocation.
  • Regularly audit kitchen supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in managing kitchens or hotpot restaurants, with preference given to candidates who have managed teams of 10 or more.
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to implement and monitor them.
