- Experience in a Full Set of Accounts is a must
- Perform timely closing of monthly accounts & monthly schedule preparation
- reconciliation, GST preparation
- Managing the day-to-day operation of Accounts Payables function, expenses, and payment processing matters. Ensure all payments are properly authorized & record
- Managing day-to-day Accounts Receivables functions. Ensure all receipts are recorded
- Credit Control by reviewing AR Aging and following up on overdue accounts
- Cost Control/expenses analysis
- Perform Inventory stock take in the warehouse
- Add value if have manufacturing experience
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
*Remote in JB but have to come Singapore meeting - bi-weekly.
Requirements:
Diploma in accountancy
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Able to multi-task, able to work independently with self-initiative
Preferable with ERP system experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
